south-facing terrace is particularly enjoyable. You will also appreciate

access to the swimming pool. |

A small apartment with a separate entrance and small garden
with direct access to the swimming pool. On the ground floor, you have a
dining room with everything necessary to do your own cooking
(refrigerator, microwave, freezer, oven, gas cooker, coffee machine), a
bathroom with bathtub and toilet. On the upper floor, you have a large bed
(160 x 200cm), a sofa bed for 2 people and a small television lounge area. |

lounge, you will find large bay windows looking over the gardens and
swimming pool, a reading area and a big screen television 16/9 with
a Home cinema video. An elegant upright piano (make : Rameau)
is at the disposal of the music lovers amongst
you. |

summer, breakfast is served individually or with the others in the
garden, on the terrace or under the arbor. Winter, it is served in
